1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LifeCycles Healing (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service & Disclaimer
LifeCycles Healing provides a membership-based community and learning platform centered on the Bengston Energy Healing Method and Rapid Image Cycling. The Service offers complementary wellness practices, community spaces, journaling, and surveys. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or veterinary facility, and the practices shared are not licensed medical treatments, are not FDA-approved, and are not a substitute for professional medical or veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Research referenced is preclinical (animal and in-vitro) and has not been demonstrated to treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified health or veterinary professional regarding any condition.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Memberships, Payments & Auto-Renewal
- One-time purchases (e.g., single group sessions, packs, bundles, annual app access) are charged once at the price shown.
- Recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly app access) automatically renew until you cancel. The billing amount and frequency are disclosed at the point of purchase. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting justin@lifecycleshealing.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Email, name, and billing address are collected by our payment processor at checkout.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Memberships: Because access begins immediately upon activation, membership fees are non-refundable once the 4-week cycle has started. You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if you have not yet activated access.
- Group sessions & packs: Refundable up to 48 hours before a scheduled session. Within 48 hours, fees are non-refundable.
- Bundles: Refundable up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session; thereafter the membership portion is non-refundable and the group portion follows the group policy above.
- Recurring subscriptions: No refund for a partially used billing period; cancel to avoid the next charge.
- To request a refund, contact justin@lifecycleshealing.com. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method.
6. Your Conduct
You agree to follow our community guidelines, to keep content lawful and respectful, and not to harass others, post others' private or identifying information, or use the Service to offer medical advice. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release
Your use of the Service and the practices it offers is voluntary and at your own risk. You assume responsibility for your own well-being. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release LifeCycles Healing and its facilitators from liability for claims arising from your ordinary use of the Service, excluding claims that cannot be waived under applicable law (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct) and excluding statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual Property
“LifeCycles Healing” and related marks are our property or used with permission. The “Bengston Energy Healing Method” is a registered trademark associated with the work of the late Dr. William F. Bengston and his estate; LifeCycles Healing is an independent platform that references this work with respect for his legacy. Content on the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use.
9. Third-Party Links & Research
The Service links to third-party research and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content. Research summaries are provided for education and may be simplified.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Otsego County or the Northern District of New York.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
