2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name and email address when you register.
- Purchase information: email, name, and payment details are collected by our payment processor (Wix Payments) at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
- Group participant emails: when a group plan is purchased, the emails you provide so we can share access details.
- Health and wellness data: RAND-36 survey responses, journal entries, and self-reported wellbeing scales — provided voluntarily by members.
- Community content: messages you post in chat rooms, the member board, and private rooms.
- Usage data: standard device and interaction logs.
3. How We Use Information
To provide and manage membership access; schedule and deliver remote healing sessions; operate community spaces; conduct de-identified, aggregated research on collective wellness patterns; send transactional and service-related emails; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Health Data & Research
Survey and journal data are sensitive. We use them only for the purposes described here. Before any research use, your data is de-identified in accordance with a recognized standard (removal of direct identifiers and aggregation to prevent re-identification). We do not sell your data. Participation in surveys and journaling is voluntary; you may decline or stop at any time without affecting your membership, except where a survey is a stated condition of a particular program. No personally identifying health information is shared publicly without your separate, explicit consent. Human-subjects research is reviewed under an appropriate Institutional Review Board (IRB) process where required for publication.
5. Sharing
We share information only with: service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email, payments) under contractual confidentiality; authorities when required by law; and successors in connection with a sale or merger of the business. We do not sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and community data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, legal, and research purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see Your Rights).
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw research participation, by contacting justin@lifecycleshealing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you retain those rights.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Users
If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
